We keep it simple, but just in case you have questions, we’ve got answers.

How does Fold Rush work?

Simple! You bag up your dirty laundry and contact us. We pick it up from your doorstep, partner with a trusted local laundromat to wash, dry, and fold it, then deliver it back to you clean within 24-48 hours.

When do you operate?

Pick ups vary based on order demand and local laundromats hours of operations. We are currently offering pickup and delivery Monday through Wednesday, between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.

Where do you offer service?

We currently serve Durant, Atoka, and surrounding areas within about a 15-mile radius from partnered laundromats in Southern Oklahoma. Not sure if you’re in the zone? Text us, and we’ll let you know!

How do I pay?

We currently accept:

  • Cash upon PICKUP

  • Cash App or Paypal (links provided when booking)

  • Credit or Debit Card (links provided when booking)

What kind of bag should I use?

You can use any large laundry bag, trash bag, or even a pillowcase for your first pick up. Once you’re a returning customer, we may offer you a reusable Fold Rush bag!

What kind of detergent do you use?

Detergents vary from each of our laundromat partners, but we follow your preferences! Our standard is a gentle, everyday detergent, but we also offer hypoallergenic options. We can even arrange for your own detergent to be used and the excess returned upon delivery. Just let us know when you schedule.

Do you separate colors, delicates, or hang-dry items?

Our laundromat partners wash all laundry in mixed loads, following basic sorting (lights/darks) only. if you have delicates, hand-wash, or hang dry items, we recommend leaving those at home, just in case.

Do you wash clothes with other customers’ laundry?

Absolutely not. Each customer’s laundry is washed separately to ensure cleanliness and care. Please keep in mind that some partnering establishments may enforce a MINIMUM wash charge for orders under a certain weight for Wash, Dry, Fold services.

How soon do I get my laundry back?

Usually within 24-48 hours - depending on when you book and the time of pickup. We’ll confirm the delivery time when we grab your laundry!

Do I need to be home?

Nope! As long as your laundry is out in a secure spot (porch, bench, designated pre-arranged pickup area), we’ll grab it and text you when it is picked up and again when it is delivered.

Can I schedule a recurring service?

Absolutely! Weekly, biweekly, or on-demand — you pick what fits best with your life and schedule.

Socks go missing sometimes… right?

Yes. Sadly! We do our best, but unfortunately sock loss is a part of laundry life. (We suggest pinning or bagging pairs you really care about.)

Can you wash pet bedding, rugs, or heavy-duty items?

At this time, we focus on everyday clothing, towels, and linens. Heavily soiled or oversized items may incur additional fees, be declined, or simply returned unwashed.

What about my privacy?

We never air your dirty laundry. Fold Rush never shares your information. We don’t judge, gossip, or post pictures of the goods—EVER. However, we do encourage you to post on our socials and share your feedback with us!

How do I schedule?

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Sure! Just give us a heads up of 3 hours before pickup so that we can adjust our routes accordingly.

Do you deliver Dry Cleaning too?

Not yet! Currently, Fold Rush only partners with laundromats specializing in Wash, Dry, Fold, drop-offs and pick ups, but we look forward to expanding our partnerships to Dry Cleaning very soon!

What if something is damaged, lost, or goes missing?

While we treat every order and item with care, laundry is a hands-on process and things can happen. Fold Rush is a third-party laundry pickup and delivery service. We are not a laundromat and do not perform the washing, drying, or folding of garments ourselves. Instead, we partner with reputable local laundromats to facilitate the laundering process.

By using Fold Rush Laundry Delivery, customers acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Fold Rush is responsible for the safe and timely transport of laundry items to and from partnered laundry facilities.

  • We are not liable for damage, loss, or alteration of items that occurs during the laundering process, including but not limited to shrinkage, fading, pilling, color transfer, or missed stains.

  • Fold Rush makes every effort to deliver items in the condition provided by our partners, but we do not guarantee results of any cleaning, stain removal, or special cleaning treatments.

  • We are not responsible for items left in pockets, nor the fragile or improperly labeled items placed in the bag and/or hamper.

  • All items should be machine washable and dryer-safe unless clearly labeled or removed prior to pickup.

  • Customers are expected to remove all valuables and breakables prior to pickup. Fold Rush is not responsible for lost coins, jewelry, receipts, or personal items.

  • Delivery is made to the customer-provided location, and Fold Rush is not liable for theft or damage to laundry bags left unattended at the pickup or drop-off site.

  • Customers should report any concerns within 24 hours of delivery for resolution.

By scheduling a pickup, you agree to these terms and release Fold Rush from liability related to the laundering process.

Right to Refuse Service

Fold Rush reserves the right to refuse service at management discretion for any reason including the following:

  • Items deemed unsafe, or overly unsanitary

  • Consistently missed pickups

  • Harassment or inappropriate behavior toward staff
